In celebration of Women’s History Month, join the Chicago Public Library for a classical performance by two talented musicians, Toshiko Suzuki and Talia Pavia on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at the Harold Washington Library Center located at 400 South State Street in the Cindy Pritzker Auditorium.  The performance will start at 6:00 p.m.  Enjoy!

Join the Southwest Symphony Orchestra on Saturday, September 24, 2011, for the first performance for the season’s kick-off at 8:00 p.m.  The orchestra will perform Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony at the beautiful, Martin and Janet Ozinga Chapel on the campus of Trinity Christian College located at 6601 W. College Drive in Palos Heights.

Reserve your seating for a free concert performance by the Chicago Sinfonietta Project Inclusion Ensemble on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the Near North Library located at 310 West Division Street.  This is a great family event that will enhance the soul with both classical and contemporary selections!

Project Inclusion is a two-year fellowship program that was implemented approximately four years ago by Chicago Sinfonietta to increase orchestra seats for talented, classical minority musicians.  This ground-breaking program is supported by Northwestern University School of Music, The College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University, DePaul University School of Music, The Chicago Community Trust, Aon, Hewitt and private donors.
